Membership

Membership is available to mothers residing within the geographic boundaries of MOTHERS OF THREE CREEKS.

The Boundaries are: Clark County, Washington. North of NW 78th St. South of NW 299th St. West of NE 72nd Ave and East of the Columbia River. Boundary exceptions may be made upon approval from the Board of Directors.

Mothers seeking club membership must complete a membership application. Doing so attests that a member has read and agreed to the club bylaws and code of conduct.

Prospective members MUST attend one(1) club event, Prospective members must also be sponsored by an active member, then must be voted into MOTHERS OF THREE CREEKS by a majority vote at a All Member Meeting.

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
A member in Good Standing will be known as an Active Member.
An Active Member shall be current and up to date on their payment of yearly dues.
An Active Member may run for and hold Executive Board positions if elected.
An Active Member shall be able to vote on all motions presented at General Meetings.
An Active member is eligible to participate in all club meetings, activities, events, service projects, etc…

Activities that can be expected:

  • Play group coordination and support
  • Day and night time social activities
  • Interest-based sub-clubs
  • Park Cleanup (we have adopted Felida Park) and other service projects

Note: This club is to be member-led. We encourage all members to take the reigns on whatever activities they would like

Social Media

  • Mothers of Three Creeks uses BAND (https://band.us) as its social media platform and its primary means of communicating with members.
  • Members are not required to join BAND, though their experience in the club will be greatly improved if they do. Those who do not wish to use Band can subscribe to our Band posts via SMS messaging on their phone without making a Band account
  • Email will be used primarily for communication that needs to be kept confidential.
